Heinrich and Zelda's wedding in Pretoria

Heinrich and Zelda got married at Diep in die Berg in Pretoria.

We had some fun with Heinrich and his groomsmen. His brother was his best man. But the one man that stole the show, was Heinrich's brother's son. He was one of the boys. As I directed them he did everything I asked of him. He really was great. O yes and I think he had his first kiss. A big day for the small man.

Michael and Vicki's wedding in Klerksdorp

Michael and Vicki had a nice intimate wedding at Rose Mary's, a wedding venue, in Klerkdorp. It was a beautiful day with only there closest friend and family members attending.

The wedding had a classical feel to it, so we planned the pictures according to this theme.

We did not have much space to work in. There was a road on one side and the venue on the other. On the two remaining sides, parked cars. We had to choose our angels very carefully to get the best backgrounds.

Suidwes Landbou Gala 2008

I had the great privilege of covering Suidwes Landbou's Gala evening.

It was a spectacular event. The people of Suidwes made us feel right at home, as if we knew everybody for years.

The evening started with a picture of each couple that attended. The MC for the evening was Liz Meiring and you could tell, this was not her first time.

The entertainment for the evening was the a capella group, Navy Redd. This was the second time we saw them preform and we are amazed every time.

The highlight of the evening and also the reason for the night was the price giving. Here is a few pictures from the event.

Francois and Nadine's Wedding in Orkney

OK let's get down to business.

Over the next weeks I am going to share with you a few of my previous wedding and assignments.

The first thing I would like to share with you is the wedding of Francois and Nadine.

The wedding was held at The Key in Orkney in the North West Province and we did the formal shoot at the horse stables near the venue.

It was raining on the day, but just as the wedding started the sky cleared and the most beautiful sunset appeared behind the clouds.
